AXIOM

Terms of Service

Last updated: July 19, 2026

These terms govern your use of AXIOM. By approving a scope and paying, you agree to them.

What AXIOM is

AXIOM builds, hosts, and operates a custom AI agent for you as a managed software service. You describe what you need; AXIOM rules on whether it's buildable, produces a scope, and — on your approval and payment — builds and runs it.

The scope is the contract

The scope you approve defines exactly what AXIOM will build. Anything not listed in the approved scope is out of scope. Additions or changes after approval are a separate, quoted change order — they are not included in the original price.

Managed service — no code is delivered

AXIOM provides the agent as a hosted service. You do not receive, own, or obtain a license to the underlying source code, and you may not copy, reverse-engineer, or resell it. AXIOM retains all rights to the code and the hosting. If your subscription ends, the agent is decommissioned and stops running.

Delivery timeline

AXIOM builds your agent within 7 days of scope approval and your completing the required tool authorizations. The timeline depends on your timely authorization and access to the systems in scope.

Your responsibilities

Disclaimers & limitation of liability

AXIOM builds to the approved scope and monitors and maintains the agent as part of the service. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the service is provided "as is," and AXIOM's total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid in the twelve months before the claim.

Changes

We may update these terms; we'll post changes here with a new date. Continued use means you accept the updated terms.

Governing law & contact

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Questions: axiom@outcomedev.com.
