AXIOM builds and runs custom AI agents for you as a managed service. This
policy explains what we collect, why, who processes it, and the choices
you have. We keep it plain.
What we collect
Your description & answers ("your spec"). What you type into the console and answer during the interview — the agent you want and how it should work.
Contact details. Email, and optionally name/company, when you request a proposal or start onboarding.
Payment details. Handled by Stripe on their hosted checkout — we never see or store your card number.
Tool authorizations. When you connect a tool (e.g. Slack, your help desk), you authorize scoped access via Vercel Connect. We operate your agent using short-lived, scoped tokens — we do not hold your raw account credentials.
Technical data. Standard request logs (IP, timestamps, error traces) for security and operating the service.
How we use it
To render the instant verdict and produce your scope.
To build, host, run, monitor, and maintain your agent.
To take payment and provide support.
To keep the service secure and prevent abuse.
We do not sell your data, and we do not use it for third-party advertising.
Who processes your data (subprocessors)
Anthropic — your spec is processed by Anthropic's API to generate the verdict/scope and to build your agent. Per Anthropic's API terms, inputs are not used to train their models.
Stripe — payment processing.
Vercel — hosting, storage, and Vercel Connect for authorizing the tools your agent uses.
Retention
We keep your spec and build record for as long as we build and run your
agent, plus what we need for legal and accounting records. When you cancel,
your agent is decommissioned; you can ask us to delete your remaining data.
Your rights
You can request access to, correction of, export of, or deletion of your
personal data. Depending on where you live (e.g. the EU/UK under GDPR, or
California under CCPA/CPRA), you may have additional rights. Email us at
axiom@outcomedev.com and we'll
respond.
Cookies
The site uses only essential cookies needed to operate it and to process
payment. We do not run third-party advertising or cross-site tracking.
Security
Data is encrypted in transit. Tool access uses scoped, short-lived tokens
under least privilege — your agent can only do what its approved scope
requires, and we never receive your raw credentials.
